Our Story

Our story began with modest tasks, gradually evolving into larger renovation projects. As we honed our skills, we found our niche in apartment renovations. Having a presence in the apartments, we started establishing trust with building committee members and fellow apartment owners. This rapport opened doors to common area and remedial works for Class 2 buildings, where we found our stride.

 

Our journey underscores a commitment to excellence, marked by a relentless pursuit of mastery within the Class 2 sector.

Jan Elias

Jan Elias, a former project manager at Baulderstone, Leightons, and Lendlease, boasts extensive experience in the building industry. His career has evolved to the point where he now leads a prosperous business specializing in Class 2 apartment renovations. Jan's fascination with the apartment sector stems from its abundant opportunities and successful specialization, driving his business to new heights of achievement.

James Elias, armed with a background in architecture, has devoted his career to specializing in Class 2 buildings from the outset. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, he takes charge of all design aspects of our apartment projects, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards of excellence. Leading his design teams with precision and expertise, James ensures that every architectural vision is brought to life to its fullest potential.
